1st Bangor show anti-bullying support in ‘odd’ way

1st Bangor FC players and staff turned up wearing odd socks for a training session last month, in support of Anti-Bullying Week

ANTI-BULLYING Week 2025 took place during November, with the theme this year being ‘Power for Good’.

Following the success of the campaign in 2024 which saw over 80 per cent of schools across the UK taking part, this year again attracted massive support.

Local football club 1st Bangor, based on the Portaferry Road, certainly marked the occasion – with first team manager Jackie Kerr and the entire squad of players arriving for a training session wearing ‘odd’ socks.
