A PLANNING application has been submitted for 90 new houses in Newtownards.
The residential development is being planned for a site along the Donaghadee Road in the town, comprising three bed semi-detached houses, three bed detached houses, four bed semi-detached houses and four bed detached houses.
The application has been submitted to Ards and North Down Council for approval by Teal Farms (NI) Ltd.
As well as the residential dwellings, the application also outlines scope for a play area, open space and ‘all associated site works’ across the proposed 5.6 hectares of land located immediately to the south of 181 and 183 Donaghadee Road, and immediately to the east and south east of 171 Donaghadee Road, Newtownards.
