THE Ards FC Inclusion teams rounded off their campaign by lifting not one, but two league titles at the weekend.
At the conclusion of the Irish FA Disability League season in Newtownabbey on Saturday morning, Ards’ A team became Premiership champions and the B team followed suit as they secured the Championship title.
For Ards C, who only entered League 1 midway through the season starting on zero points, their third placed finish represents a brilliant accomplishment. Ards D also showed great resilience throughout the campaign to earn fourth place in League 2.
Reflecting on the success of the Inclusion teams, Ards FC chairman Warren Patton said: “This is a fantastic achievement for our club and all the players who participated for these teams throughout the season.
“It tops off a truly remarkable 24/25 campaign and also a massive well done to all the coaches, you make us all proud.”
