ARDS have further bolstered their squad for next season with a pair of signings at both ends of the pitch this week.
Jack Reilly has joined the club having spent the second half of last season at Bangor, while Jamie Browne arrives from Institute.
Reilly (24) is set for another spell at Clandeboye Park but this time in red and blue following a stint with the Seasiders. The former Newington left-back appeared 12 times for Lee Feeney’s men last term.
Ards boss John Bailie said: “It’s great to finally get to work with Jack. He’s a player that we have had on our radar for the past 18 months and he will definitely fit in with our current squad.”
Versatile forward Browne was also part of a Championship-winning side with Portadown, who he joined from Dergview in January 2024. The former Finn Harps man, also 24, then signed for Institute in August where he played 15 times, scoring twice.
On his move to Ards, Browne said: “I am looking forward to meeting up with the squad in two weeks’ time and excited for the season ahead.
“I have always enjoyed games against Ards and it feels great to be part of their set-up now. I can’t wait to get started.“
