The mother of a child with severe autism has spoken out about how her son is one of the ‘forgotten children’ in the Covid-crisis. Eight year-old Jacob Bailie suffers from severe autism and is developmentally around 18 months old. For mum Michelle, lockdown has been particularly difficult for a young boy who has to spend eight hours outside every day.
