Halloween twin treats at the Ulster

A SET of twins was among the new arrivals at Halloween at the Ulster Hospital’s maternity unit.

Ethan and Theo Roberts made their entrances into the world at 4.05am and 4.07am on October 31, weighing 6 lb 14 oz and 6 lb 3 oz respectively.

Mum Michelle and Dad Steven from Dundonald, were thrilled with their Halloween arrivals. “We have double the love and double the fun.  What a wonderful day to welcome our little ones,” Michelle said.

Also making a Halloween arrival was Oscar Thompson. His mum, Rosie Reid from Donaghadee said: “We are really excited, it is our first baby and first grandchild.  All the Halloween parties were cancelled this year, but we hope to make up for it next year.”

Ward manager, Jenny Powell congratulated all the families on their new arrivals. “Every new baby brings such joy to the team, and it is lovely to share these special moments with families. The dedication and compassion shown by staff on this special day have been outstanding,” Jenny said.
