ARDS Cycling Club is set to hold its annual Town Centre Races next week.
Taking place from 6pm on Wednesday, June 18 in the centre of Newtownards on closed public roads, the event has a long and prestigious history and attracts riders and supporters from across Northern Ireland and beyond.
The event will again be supported by Ards and North Down Borough Council. Kicking off the evening will be a fun, escorted ride for young cyclists with everyone welcome to attend. The programme will include a mix of competitive races, for different junior age ranges and senior male and female riders.
Registration for the kids’ ride will take place on the night in Ards Arts Centre, Conway Square (Town Hall) from 5.15pm, and more details on how to enter the competitive races can be found at ardscc.co.uk.
